South Warwickshire Local Plan
The Publication Draft of the South Warwickshire Local Plan has been published by Warwick District Council. The information on this page is intended to provide links to help navigate the numerous documents that make up the plan and the supporting evidence.
NB this page should not be taken as an endorsement of any part of the plan or the evidence that has been published in support of it.
Timescales
The Publication Draft will be discussed at the following meetings:
- Monday 13th July: Overview & Scrutiny Committee
- Tuesday 14th July: Joint SDC / WDC Cabinet
- Wednesday 15th July: Full Council
All meetings will take place at Leamington Town Hall and will start at 6pm.
If it is passed by Full Council, it will trigger what is known as the Regulation 19 consultation, which will seek representations on the soundness and legal compliance of the Local Plan. The consultation is proposed to run for 7 weeks, from 21st July to 8th September.
